Through counseling and therapy, our therapists for teens will help you discover how to get creative, think outside the box, and do what is best for you. Together, we will look at your relationships at home and school examine how your thoughts and feelings impact what you do or say, and give you the tools you need to reduce your anxiety and loneliness. Cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, stress reduction strategies, relational therapy, pet-assisted therapy, and sometimes clinical hypnotherapy will be used to help you figure out why you feel so anxious, stressed, or depressed and help you move past what is getting you stuck.
