Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression or trauma? There’s hope. Life can throw curveballs, leaving you struggling with emotions and feeling disconnected. You’re not alone. Many people experience anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma. But what if you could rewrite your story?

Hi, I’m Emma, a therapist with a passion for helping individuals like you find happiness, connection, and inner strength.

My journey into therapy began after spending years in the world of academic admissions. Despite finding fulfillment, I felt a profound calling to connect with people on a deeper level. This led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Social Work and explore the field of human behavior and therapy.

In my sessions, I create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Informed by my background in counseling and motivated by a desire to empower you, I utilize a combination of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change negative thinking patterns, narrative therapy to help you feel good about yourself, and trauma-informed care to help you explore and heal.

Together, we will delve into the “why” behind your struggles, empowering you to tap into your inner strength and resilience.

Whether you’re looking for a voice to express yourself or simply a safe space to explore your emotions and behaviors, I’m here to listen and actively guide you in finding solutions to your struggles.

When I am not helping people rewrite their stories, you’ll find me immersed in a good book, cherishing moments with my family and two dogs, or indulging in a vanilla sweet cream cold brew.

I’m here to support you as we navigate this path toward positive change together.
